This small group session was interesting and intimate. I really liked the small group setting and it seemed easier for individuals to share their stories. This group was set to four participants at the request of one of my clients and honestly I really liked the format. I may have to try this small group session again in the future.
Clients were asked three questions. All but one in the group gave me permission to use their names with their statements.
1. What was your overall impression of this course?
Regina wrote: "It's very useful, and I would like to consider personal coaching."
Dr. Alex wrote: "This course is a very practical approach to stress management and was extremely enjoyable. I would
recommend it to anyone who finds themselves struggling with their levels of stress.
Dr. AudreyAnn wrote: "I realize that there are many people still having problems acknowledging their issues with stress."
2. What did you find most valuable about this course?
Regina wrote: "I had a couple of personal epiphanies during the workshop, thanks to the reflecting and reframing techniques."
Alex wrote: "The overall abundance and realism of your presentation and the relaxation techniques and reframing practice."
Dr. AudreyAnn wrote: "Even as a personal growth coach I still need help recognizing my stressors and how to manage them."
3. What, if anything, would you change about this course?
Regina wrote: "I would like to add in an extra hour to have more time." and "I'd like more information on the overlapping
influence triangle you shared, maybe add a slide." (she is referencing an answer to a question a client had)
Alex wrote: "Nothing about the course."
Dr. AudreyAnn wrote: "Nothing."
Clients also ranked nine statements 1-strongly agree to 4 - Strongly Disagree. I am thrilled to report that I received a one on everything and some people even wrote words next to the statements.
For example: Was the instructor responsive and knowledgeable - "Definitely"
Did the instructor use examples or illustrate concepts - "Many" and "LOTS!"
