Workshops

Workshops are open to the public and are filled with fun, engaging, thoughtful, and real examples that relate to a wide range of situations. Workshops focus on The Three R's to Stress Management, Rethinking, Reframing, and Relaxing. First Rethinking. We define stress and stomp out the myths that often keep us stressed. Engaging activities are designed to get our brains fired up and thinking about what stress is and why it has so much control in our lives. Next Reframing. This self-challenging section of the workshop gets us thinking of ourselves and how we process information. Using researched self-assessment tests, how we think is reveled. We then challenge these thoughts and work on simple tricks that get our minds thinking in a more rational direction. Now it's time to for Relaxing. In this section we talk about positive psychology, mindfulness, and other data driven techniques that can bring relaxation to our lives. Lastly we do a progressive muscle relaxation session!
